Do you work around our booking calendar?
Yes, share your calendar or typical checkout-to-check-in window and we schedule turnovers to fit it.
Do you handle restocking?
Yes. We restock soap, paper and coffee from the supplies you keep at the property, and tell you when something is running low. We don't buy or store supplies ourselves.
Can I have multiple properties on the same schedule?
Yes, tell us how many units and their turnover frequency and we'll build a schedule around it.
What if a guest leaves the place in rough shape?
Let us know when you book that visit and we'll plan the extra time. Heavier turnovers are quoted accordingly.
