We clean every surface a landlord checks because we know what those surfaces are. If you're moving in, don't inherit someone else's mess: "cleaned" before a move-in is wildly inconsistent. Move-in / move-out cleaning: frequently asked questions
Should I book this for move-in or move-out?
Both, if you can, but either works on its own. Most clients booking a move-out are protecting a deposit; a move-in gives your new place a genuine fresh start before furniture arrives.
Do you clean inside cabinets and closets?
Yes, every cabinet, drawer, pantry shelf and closet, inside and out, is part of the move checklist.
Is furniture already moved out, or do you work around it?
This service is designed for an empty or near-empty space. If furniture is still there, book a standard or deep clean instead and we'll work around it.
Can I get documentation for my landlord?
We're a small, dedicated-cleaner business, so we don't issue a formal report, but we're happy to confirm by email or text what was cleaned if you need something for your landlord.
What if something's missed?
Tell us right away: call or text +1 647 868 3835. If your landlord finds something we missed, we come back and clean it for free.
