When should I book this, before or after the trades finish?
After, once construction work has fully wrapped and the space is clear of workers and equipment.
Do you remove construction debris like offcuts or packaging?
No. We clean only. Building waste, offcuts, packaging and leftover materials should be removed by your contractor before we arrive.
How is this different from a deep clean?
Post-construction cleaning specifically targets fine drywall dust, paint splatter and ventilation build-up that a standard deep clean doesn't cover. It takes longer and uses a different approach.
Can you clean just one renovated room?
