What's included

Every visit, as standard

Your dedicated cleaner follows the same list every time. Here is the whole thing, room by room.

A Deep Clean adds more to the list above. It gets the buildup a regular visit can't reach. A Move-In / Move-Out clean adds even more for empty homes: inside every cabinet, drawer and closet. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside windows, and laundry or ironing are always extras, priced below.

Here is what we don't do, and why.

Wet-wiping light bulbs

For safety, we don't clean live fixtures with a wet cloth.

Putting away your dishes

We can't guarantee correct placement of your personal items, so we leave clean dishes out to be put away.

Anything above stepladder height

No full-size ladders. Very tall ceilings and high fixtures are outside what we can safely reach.

Hoarding or biohazard situations

Those need specialist remediation, not a residential cleaning visit.

Outside windows

We clean windows from the inside only.

Moving heavy furniture

We clean behind and under what can be moved safely. Slide heavy pieces out before we arrive.

Machine carpet washing

We vacuum carpets and rugs. Shampooing with a carpet machine is a specialist job.

Renovation waste removal

After a renovation we clean only. Your contractor takes away building waste.
