A one-bedroom in a Vaughan high-rise and a two-storey condo townhouse in Thornhill ask for different things: a smaller galley kitchen versus a proper one, a single bathroom versus two, an in-suite laundry closet that needs its own wipe-down.
Your cleaner learns which is which about your home specifically. Most of our condo clients aren't home during the visit. We work with your building's concierge, a fob you leave for us, or a lockbox, whatever you're already comfortable with, and your cleaner is the only person who ever gets that access.

Apartment & condo cleaning: frequently asked questions
I'm not home during the day. How do you get in?
Most of our clients aren't home. Leave a key with the concierge, a fob or a lockbox code, whatever you're comfortable with. Only your dedicated cleaner ever uses it.
Do you clean the balcony?
Yes, a sweep and tidy of the balcony or terrace is part of the standard visit if you have one.
What about in-suite laundry?
We wipe down the exterior of the washer and dryer as standard. A full laundry wash-dry-fold is an add-on you can choose at booking, charged by the hour.
Is there a minimum unit size?
No, we clean studios up through 3-bedroom condos and everything in between.
Can I get the same cleaner every time?
Almost always, that's how we work. One dedicated cleaner comes back visit after visit. If she is ever sick, you choose: another cleaner, waiting for her, or a new day.
