Do I really get the same cleaner every time?
Almost always, that's the whole model. Once you're happy with your cleaner, she comes back visit after visit.
What's the difference between weekly, bi-weekly and monthly?
The rhythm that fits your home. Weekly suits busy households; monthly is a deep reset for tidier homes. The price per visit is the same.
Is there a contract?
No. Pause or reschedule by text whenever you need to.
What if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?
We tell you right away. You choose: another cleaner from our team, waiting for your own cleaner, or a new day. Then we go back to your usual schedule.
Can I add extras like laundry or inside the fridge?
Yes. Pick them when you book. Inside the oven is $50, inside the fridge $35, inside windows $10 each, and laundry is charged by the hour.
