Who My Team Made is not for
We'd rather tell you now than take your booking and disappoint you.
We send one dedicated cleaner to each home. Almost always the same person.
We clean in 12 cities, Mississauga to King City. Pop your postal code in above to check.
We do windows from the inside, and we stay off tall ladders.
We clean around and under what we can reach safely. Heavy pieces stay put.
We vacuum carpets well. Steam or shampoo machines are not our thing.
After a reno we take care of the dust, not the debris. Book a junk removal crew for that.

Frequently asked questions
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Almost always. Once you like your cleaner, she keeps coming back. She learns your home, your products and how you like things done. If she is ever sick, you choose: another cleaner, waiting for her, or a new day.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most of our clients aren't. You can leave a key, a lockbox code or a door code, whichever you're comfortable with. Everything is kept confidential.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Your choice, and the price is the same. We bring our own vacuum, mop, cloths and products, or use yours. Eco-friendly products on request. Tell us when you book.
How is the price calculated?
A standard clean is priced by home size. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is about $160 to $200. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is about $180 to $220. Deep and move-out cleans are $45 to $50 an hour. Extras go on top: inside the oven $50, inside the fridge $35, inside windows $10 each. We confirm the final price by text before we come.
What if something isn't cleaned properly?
Tell us right away: call or text +1 647 868 3835. We talk it through with you and decide together how to fix it.
Which areas do you cover?
Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Vaughan, Maple, Richmond Hill, King City, Thornhill, Concord, Woodbridge and Mississauga. Enter your postal code at the top of this page and it'll tell you straight away.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, and there's no contract. Cancelling or moving a visit is free with 48 hours' notice. Later than that a fee can apply, see our cancellation policy.
When and how do I pay?
After the clean, once you've seen it. E-transfer or cash. No card needed, and nothing is paid up front.
How fast do you reply?
We answer any day of the week, holidays too, usually within an hour. Call, text or WhatsApp +1 647 868 3835.
How soon can you come?
Usually the next day. Booking a day ahead is best, and if a cleaner is free we can sometimes come the same day. Most visits start from 9 AM.
Do you clean offices too?
Yes, we do commercial cleaning across the same cities. Call us and we'll quote it properly, since offices vary far more than homes.
